This Action Plan was developed by Western Student Connections under contract to the Department of Education & Communities. Consultation meetings were held in Broken Hill, Dubbo and Orange.
This plan will inform the Department of Education & Communities about School Based Apprenticeships in Western NSW Region and assist in the development of a State Action Plan for the promotion and marketing of School Based Apprenticeships.

Students enrolled at Trade Training Centres, Trade Schools and Industry Training Centres can do a School Based Apprenticeship or Traineeship while completing their Higher School Certificate.
