LINKS TO LEARNING STUDENT REFERRAL PROCESS

Schools use the above Links to Learning website to register students for their Links to Learning Projects.

Once a student has been registered online, and all necessary documents have been uploaded, WSC will check the registration and ACCEPT the student into the program OR ask for further information. The student can then participate in Links to Learning activities.
Necessary Forms may include:

  • Parent Permission Form - MANDATORY
  • Risk Assessment
  • Management Plan
  • Behaviour Support Plan
  • Personal or Individual Learning Plan
  • Health Care Plan
